Canadian born and bred, Gail is now a long time Florida resident. Originally a resident of SOFLA, since 2007 she has called North Florida home and enjoys the varied pleasures of Jacksonville, St. Augustine and the beaches including great out-of-the-way spots known only to locals. For years, she loved teaching (as she says) very short people;). Ten years ago, though, a parent of one of her former students asked for Gail’s assistance with a development he had purchased in North Florida and subsequently requested she get a real estate license. The rest, as they say, is history and she has not looked back. When not working with local and out-of-town buyers and sellers, Gail thoroughly enjoys all the benefits that the sunny Florida lifestyle provides...biking, yoga and pickleball and especially meeting friends and strolling in St. Augustine’s historic downtown with her rescue pup Teddy.
