"The overall experience was excellent. My realtor (Claudia Haar) contacted me immediately and got right to work. On very short notice, she was able to get us into houses so that our trip from NY to Florida was productive. Multiple notifications every step of the way. Great communication and responsiveness. She even helped me out a bit after the close. Then when it came to the Finance piece, Chris Austin was able to help me through the process even while I was in the Magic Kingdom. I was approved and we worked through the details and I still was able to enjoy my Disney trip with my family with little impact. After their was an approved contract, additional parties were added to the process (Samantha Cox and Vanessa Dawson from Blue Ocean Title).
