For forms where a person is submitting their information, O.N.E. Florida Group may use the following checkbox language:

1. Agreement to These Terms

By submitting your information through a website form, lead form, home search form, valuation form, showing request, neighborhood quiz, downloadable resource, event registration, app inquiry, chatbot, AI-assisted communication tool, or similar request, you agree to these Lead Form Terms, Contact Authorization, AI Communication Notice, and Privacy Terms.

These Terms apply whether your inquiry is submitted online, by phone, by text, by email, in person, through a third-party platform, through a home search app, through an advertisement, or through another communication channel connected to O.N.E. Florida Group.

3. Contact Authorization

By submitting your name, phone number, email address, property address, search criteria, quiz answers, or other information, you authorize O.N.E. Florida Group, its real estate professionals, administrative team, affiliated brokerage, and authorized service providers to contact you regarding your inquiry and related real estate services.

We may contact you by:

• Email
• Voicemail
• App notification
• AI-assisted chat or messaging
• Automated or semi-automated communication systems where permitted by law

Communications may relate to property searches, home valuations, listings, buyer or seller consultations, market updates, neighborhood information, appointment scheduling, home search app activity, real estate resources, follow-up reminders, event invitations, and related real estate opportunities.

Your consent to receive marketing communications is not required as a condition of buying, selling, renting, or receiving real estate services. You may contact us directly at [email protected] or 904-615-0036 if you prefer not to consent to marketing messages.

4. SMS Verification and Two-Factor Authentication

Some O.N.E. Florida Group forms may require SMS verification or two-factor authentication to confirm that the phone number provided is valid and accessible by the person submitting the form.

Verification texts are transactional and may be used to confirm your request, protect against spam, reduce fraudulent submissions, prevent unauthorized use of another person's contact information, improve lead quality, and support accurate communication records.

Completing SMS verification does not prevent you from opting out of future marketing communications.

5. Text Message Consent and Opt-Out

If you consent to receive text messages, you agree that O.N.E. Florida Group and its authorized service providers may send you recurring text messages related to your real estate inquiry and related services.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or OPT OUT.

After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message confirming your opt-out. You may still receive transactional, service-related, legally required, or active-transaction communications where permitted by law.

6. Email Marketing Consent and Opt-Out

If you provide your email address, you authorize O.N.E. Florida Group to send emails related to your inquiry, property searches, real estate services, market updates, newsletters, guides, listing alerts, events, and related opportunities.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at [email protected].

7. AI-Assisted Communication Notice

O.N.E. Florida Group may use artificial intelligence, automation, chatbots, smart routing, or AI-assisted communication tools to help respond to inquiries, answer common real estate questions, provide property information, suggest resources, schedule follow-up, and connect you with a real estate professional.

By submitting a form or interacting with our AI-assisted systems, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You may receive messages generated, assisted, summarized, routed, or prioritized by AI-assisted systems.
• AI-assisted communication is intended to support communication and follow-up, not replace professional judgment.
• You may request a human team member at any time.
• AI responses may not always be complete, current, accurate, or applicable to your exact situation.
• Any property information, availability, pricing, neighborhood information, school information, estimated value, mortgage-related estimate, or market data should be verified before you rely on it.
• AI-generated communication does not create a client relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary duty, representation agreement, brokerage agreement, or transaction relationship unless and until a separate written agreement is signed by all required parties.

8. Fair Housing Commitment

O.N.E. Florida Group is committed to fair housing compliance and equal professional service.

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Our AI-assisted systems are intended to support fair housing compliance and are configured to avoid steering, discriminatory recommendations, exclusionary language, or unequal treatment. However, AI tools can make mistakes or generate unintended responses.

Any AI-generated statement that appears inconsistent with fair housing law, company policy, brokerage policy, MLS rules, Realtor ethics, or applicable law is not authorized by O.N.E. Florida Group and should not be relied upon. Please notify us immediately at [email protected] so we can review and correct the issue.

You may request human review of any AI-assisted response at any time.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Fair Housing Act or other applicable federal, state, or local laws.

9. No Steering or Protected-Class Recommendations

Our services, including AI-assisted tools, are not intended to direct, steer, rank, exclude, recommend, or discourage housing choices based on protected characteristics.

We may provide factual property and area information, such as listing details, commute estimates, public school assignment links, local resources, price ranges, property features, HOA/CDD information, tax information, and publicly available market data.

We do not make housing recommendations based on protected-class preferences, assumptions, demographics, religion, race, color, national origin, sex, disability, familial status, or similar protected information.

10. No Legal, Tax, Financial, Insurance, Appraisal, or Mortgage Advice

O.N.E. Florida Group provides real estate information and brokerage-related services. We do not provide legal, tax, financial, insurance, appraisal, or mortgage underwriting advice.

Any affordability estimates, payment estimates, home valuation estimates, insurance references, tax references, school references, or financing-related information are for general informational purposes only and should be verified with the appropriate licensed professional or public source.

11. No Guarantee of Property Availability, Pricing, or Results

Property listings, pricing, availability, incentives, market statistics, estimated values, school assignments, tax data, HOA/CDD information, community details, and other real estate information may change without notice.

We strive to provide accurate and timely information, but we do not guarantee that all information provided by our website, forms, app, AI tools, emails, texts, or team members will be current, complete, or error-free.

Real estate outcomes are affected by market conditions, seller decisions, buyer qualifications, inspections, appraisals, financing, title matters, insurance, negotiations, and other factors outside our control.

These providers may process information on our behalf, but they are not authorized to use your information for their own unrelated purposes except as permitted by their agreements with us and applicable law.

If you use third-party websites, apps, IDX tools, mortgage tools, map tools, valuation tools, or linked resources, their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

15. Data Protection

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No website, CRM, AI system, text platform, email system, app, network, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. By using our services, you understand that electronic communications and online submissions carry inherent security risks.

16. Data Retention

We may retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

18. User Responsibilities

By submitting information, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are the owner or authorized user of the phone number and email address provided.
• You will not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information.
• You will not use our forms, AI tools, website, or communication systems for spam, harassment, unlawful activity, scraping, reverse engineering, or interference with our systems.

19. No Client Relationship Until Written Agreement

Submitting a form, receiving AI-assisted messages, speaking with a team member, downloading a guide, using our website, using our app, or receiving property information does not create a client relationship, agency relationship, fiduciary relationship, buyer brokerage agreement, listing agreement, transaction brokerage relationship, or other representation agreement.

A real estate representation relationship is created only when required written agreements are completed and signed by all necessary parties.

20. Limitation of Reliance on AI and Automated Information

AI-assisted tools are provided for convenience and general informational purposes. You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated responses when making real estate, legal, financial, tax, insurance, school, relocation, or housing decisions.

Before acting on information provided by our AI-assisted systems, you should verify the information with a licensed real estate professional, lender, attorney, title company, insurance professional, public source, MLS source, or other appropriate professional.

21. Corrections and Reporting Concerns

If you believe an AI-assisted message, team communication, listing detail, website statement, or other information is inaccurate, outdated, discriminatory, misleading, or inconsistent with applicable law, please contact us promptly at [email protected].

We reserve the right to review, correct, remove, update, or clarify information at any time.

22. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date.

Your continued use of our website, forms, AI tools, app, or services after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
